Profile and pipe punching machine, especially to industrial shelving, is constantly used in various sectors. It has a function of making holes without burr on the surface of pipes or profiles which leads to distinguish itself from the other machines. A high operating speed of the machine is the most important reason for preference. This machine can open over 400 holes per minute according to the type of material, size of the holes and the drilling holes.

This machine is driven by servo motor. Transfer of power is carried by the ball screw. The nut rotation system is used  while being driven by ball screw. This feature is likely to be seen by the problems are solved. Servo motor torque control in the jam with a burr and mandrel crushing problems are eliminated  in case of damage to the machine.

Profile and pipe punching machine is controlled by PLC. It’s programmed by the color touch screen. Measurements and studies of the products being stored in the machine information and can be used again if prompted
